Privilege Club
Every private purchaser of any new or used car is automaticaly enrolled in our unique club, which entitles members to considerable benefits for the lifetime ownership of their car. Benefits include discount in our service department on labour charges and MOT's together with free "winter checks" & "free tyre & level checks". You also have the opportunity to earn Privilege points on every annual service, these points can be converted to extra part exchange allowance when you trade your car in at our dealership.


Terms and Conditions
  • Enrolment into the Privilege Club is free and open to all our retail customers when purchasing any new or used vehicle from us.
  • Membership of the Privilege Club entitles you to the following benefits on your car for the duration of your ownership.
  • All members will enjoy 10% discount off MOT's with retests at half price (except for the cost any repairs of course).
  • All members will receive a 10% discount off our normal retail labour rates on all servicing or repairs carried out by ourselves (except subcontract work, accident repairs, paint and bodywork and recovery charges)
  • Each member will receive a 'Service History Log' into which we will enter on your behalf, all service records and recommended scheduled maintenance. Upon completion of each scheduled service as laid down by the car manufacturer we will award '50 Privilege Points'. These points, currently worth £1.00 each, can be used in our car sales showrooms as additional part exchange allowance when trading in your car to which the points were awarded, for any new or used car that you wish to purchase (except cars that are already on special offer).
  • Members who do not have a complete and full service history log maintained by us, cannot claim any privilege benefits.
  • All members are entitled to a free annual 'Winter Check' and are invited to make a booking between September - October each year.
  • Members will also be entitled to free 'levels and tyre checks' all year round with no prior booking required for this service.
  • All our members will receive our 12 months 'No Quibble Guarantee' on workmanship and the parts used, which are genuine factory replacements, unless stated prior to commencement of service or repair.
  • All members will receive priority booking and subject to availability, the use of a courtesy car at our daily charge for which there is an Insurance excess and small administration fee, currently £10.00 per day including VAT.
  • For our members all our new and used cars are priced to include Pre Delivery Inspection, MOT where applicable, full valet and carry a Parts and Labour Warranty.
  • If you have any queries with these Privilege Club terms and conditions, then you are requested to speak to a senior member of staff for guidance. In the event of any dispute the company's decision is final. These terms and conditions are correct at the time of writing but are subject to change without prior notice.
